A happy customer makes us happy and it is our aim to please. However we do have our limitations so please read below carefully.
If your garment is in any way faulty, damaged or there is an error in size or colour, please do the following:
Email us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of goods) explaining your reasons for return and whether a refund or exchange is required. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will email you the necessary instructions. Please note that this option is available for only 24 hours after receipt of goods.
Please return item intact in its original packing with tags attached and enclose a note with reasons for return and whether a refund or exchange is required or a copy of your email.
Please do not use garment as we are Super Detectives and will be able to tell!
When returning the item you may use a courier of your choice. Please ensure that you have a tracking number and insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost returned items.
Goods returned to us are at your own expense. We, in turn, will send you your exchange item by courier at no extra charge.
Only if your returned item is found to be intact in its original condition, your refund will be authorized.
Once we receive the returned item and the refund or exchange has been authorized, we will need up to 14 working days to process your request. If you have requested a replacement or exchange and, for any reason we cannot comply, your money will be refunded and you will receive confirmation by email.
If, for any reason, you do not receive this mail within 14 working days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team. You will need to supply us with the reference number provided to you by your courier service.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
International customers please note that hijabonline.com will not be able to refund any taxes or charges that may be incurred.
